Responsibilities

Account Executive
Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across a defined sale territory.
- Develop and execute presentations and product demonstrations.
- Once the client is obtained, retain, and expand revenues by building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Contract negotiation with Client.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of potential and existing accounts.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- Limited Travel.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Sales experience; preferred experience selling appraisal, valuation, and valuation review services in the mortgage industry.
- Competent in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
- Industry experience in Appraisal, Appraisal Management, Banking, Mortgage, or Real Estate
- Brand marketing sales, with knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- A successful history exceeding customer expectations and sales goals
- The ability to understand technical issues well enough to discuss them intelligently with other team members and effectively communicate relevant specifics to non-technical customers
- Must have the ability to communicate our product’s benefits to a prospective client.
- Identify new leads and generate new income
- Offer new or additional products to existing customers
- Provide feedback to other members of your team to help create new sales and marketing strategies
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Work well with a team as well as independently

Appraisal Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Manages and prioritizes an appraisal order pipeline.
- Verifies appraisal order information and engages appraisers for assignment.
- Assign incoming appraisal orders by locating appraisers who meet qualifications.
- Recruitment of appraisers including due diligence and fee negotiation.
- Facilitates communication between the vendor and client throughout the appraisal engagement period.
- Serves as the primary point of contact in charge of answering questions on active requests.
- Manage and maintain appraiser profiles in their region/area which includes starting new profiles, obtain information from new appraisers, coordinate with other departments including management as well as maintain and update appraiser profiles to ensure accuracy.
- Communicates with client and appraisers for status updates to ensure appraisal reports are delivered on time. Which includes handling inbound and outbound calls from loan officers, processors, underwriters, appraisers, and property owners. It also includes troubleshooting problematic scenarios.
- Works with staff, management, and clients to find solutions for any appraisals that are delayed.
- Ensures satisfactory ongoing monitoring and coordination of appraisal vendor status.
- Escalates file issues as needed.
- Tracks, communicates, and escalates process risks and issues.
- Completes vendor/client invoicing and assists with the administration of the approved appraiser panel.
- Collects and archives vendor compliance documentation.
- Prepares and completes all required paperwork and forms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Effectively communicate appraisal underwriting decisions with production staff.
- Maintain high level of customer service and communication both internally and externally.
- Follows company policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Completes special projects as assigned by Managers.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
Certified Residential Appraiser
Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of formal appraisals of land or real property for lending and non-lending purposes.
- Evaluate properties to establish current market values in accordance with USPAP.
- Making on-site visits, inspecting, and measuring properties, and interviewing clients.
- Stay informed of current regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Provide high level of customer service to clients, lenders, homeowners, or points of contact.
Qualifications
- Certified in the state you reside. (3 years +)
- Ability to take on trainees

Vendor Management
Responsibilities
- Collate vendor documents as required.
- Maintain a centralized vendor database.
- Maintain professional relationships with vendors.
- Escalate critical issues to management, as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous compliance or vendor management experience preferred.
- Mortgage processing experience a plus.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
